1. Nature of the platform — NOT gambling
KiwiFunVault is a free Social games entertainment platform. It is not a gambling website. We do not hold a gambling licence in New Zealand or any other jurisdiction. We do not offer gambling services of any kind.
All games on this platform are free Social games simulations. They use virtual credits which have no monetary value and cannot be redeemed, transferred, or converted to money or any prize of monetary value.

4. No prizes or rewards of monetary value
There are no cash prizes, gift cards, physical goods, or any rewards of monetary value connected to playing KiwiFunVault. Virtual credits exist only within the platform and have no value outside of it. There are no leaderboards connected to real prizes.
5. Virtual credits
Virtual credits are a game mechanic only. They simulate the experience of casino-style games without any financial component. They cannot be deposited, withdrawn, converted, or transferred. They have no monetary value whatsoever.
6. Responsible use
You agree to use this platform responsibly. You acknowledge that:
- Social games are entertainment, not gambling
- Success in Social games does not predict success in real-money gambling

7. Prohibited conduct

- Making misleading claims about rewards, prizes, or outcomes on this platform
- Impersonating KiwiFunVault or its representatives

Some games are provided via third-party technology partners. These games are presented in free-play mode only, using virtual credits. No real money mode is enabled or accessible on this platform. We do not facilitate access to real-money versions of these games.
